  • Beach riparian rights analysis for Coastal Zone Management (CZM), King & Prince Hotel, St. Simons Island, Georgia.
  • Mean sea level/V-zone hydrologic analysis for Rockefeller family properties on Cumberland Island, Georgia.
  • 325 acre wetland study, including delineation of 7000 feet of BVW for a proposed golf course, Hanson, Ma.
  • 150 acre 18-hole championship golf course with 300+ single-family & multi-family housing units, Northbridge & Upton, Ma.
